PagesRUs sells digital credits that provide access to our B2B lead intelligence platform and data services. All credit purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing credits on PagesRUs, you agree that:

• ALL credit purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other payment methods
• There are no exceptions to this policy

2. Credit-Based System

PagesRUs operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when you access or unlock data
• Once credits are used, they CANNOT be restored or refunded
• Unused credits remain in your account until used
• Credits do not expire unless specified in the purchase terms

3. No Refunds for Used or Unused Credits

Refunds are not available for:

• Used credits - Once consumed, they are non-refundable
• Unused credits - All credit purchases are final
• Account inactivity - No refunds for unused credits due to account inactivity
• Change of mind - No refunds if you decide not to use the service
• Service dissatisfaction - No refunds based on subjective satisfaction

4. Account Termination & Credits

If your account is terminated (by you or by us):

• All remaining credits will be FORFEITED
• No refunds will be issued for any unused credits
• Termination does not create any refund obligation

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing details:

• All payments are processed by secure, third-party payment processors
• We never store your full payment card details
• Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or termination
• Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent ban

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our platform:

• Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations are not eligible for any refunds
• Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account termination
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms
